Dona Cardenas
I help adults 50 and older and their families in the Tampa Bay area plan their next chapter with confidence. Licensed in real estate since 1995 in Florida and Georgia, I am a Senior Home Coach™, Certified Aging-in-Place Specialist® and Seniors Real Estate Specialist®.
I started Thrive because I saw how hard it is for families to plan for aging. I am direct and honest: I only share what I know for sure, and when something is outside my expertise, I will connect you with the right professional. I moved to the Tampa Bay area in 2024, and I am grateful every day to live where most people vacation. I want my clients to feel that same peace about where and how they live.
